With over 20 years of experience in the talent, leadership and coaching fields, Elizabeth Gaito has dedicated her career to enhancing organizational effectiveness within global companies across multiple industries. She has developed and executed tailored talent strategies as an executive and as a consultant. Elizabeth believes that aligned leadership drives company results and sustainable growth. 

Most recently, she served as the SVP of Talent for Salesforce, where she led large global teams that enabled the organization’s hyper growth; talent management, internal talent marketplaces and recruiting, and pragmatic leadership development programs across many levels of the organization, driving individual and team growth.

Prior to Salesforce, Elizabeth worked as a leadership consultant with Korn Ferry, honing her expertise in guiding individuals and teams to reach their full potential. She focused on building talent strategy supported with customized competency frameworks, assessments, succession and a variety of development tools.

In her early career stage, Elizabeth had several developmental experiences that shaped her leadership style from communications to sales to other Go-To-Market functions within Cargill.

Elizabeth has a caring and authentic style, coupled with a creative and pragmatic approach to solve problems and a keen eye for talent. She can quickly assess and discern the strengths and gaps of people and organizations, and create a clear path forward to get to the desired outcomes. 

Elizabeth has co-founded TruHumanitas, a consulting and coaching organization that aims to accompany executives and organizations across the different stages of business operations growth, evolving the talent solutions and transforming the leadership.

Having lived across various places in the US, Elizabeth is currently based in Barcelona, Spain, where she has settled with her husband and children.
